Order & Cancellation Policy

At The Sweet Spot, every order is thoughtfully prepared from scratch and designed with care. To help us create the best experience possible, please review our ordering policies below.

Order Confirmation & Response Times
Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 24 hours for a response and confirmation from our team.

Custom Order Notice
Custom orders require a minimum of 1 week's notice prior to your event date and are subject to availability. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.

Delivery Requests
If delivery is required, please select this option when placing your order. Delivery requests added after an order has been submitted are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If delivery cannot be accommodated, your order may be available for pickup only.

Order Changes
Any modifications to your order must be requested a minimum of 72 hours prior to your pickup or delivery date.

Examples of eligible changes include:

  • Size adjustments

  • Flavour changes

  • Icing colour updates

  • Additional design details

Please note: Custom sugar cookie orders cannot be modified once an order has been placed, as production and design planning often begin immediately.

Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products and advance ingredient preparation, cancellation requests may not always qualify for a refund. Refund eligibility will be determined based on how much notice is provided and where your order is within our production process.

  • Full or partial refunds, depending on the situation

  • Store credit or discounts toward future orders
