The Sweet Spot was created from a love of baking and a passion for helping people celebrate the moments that matter most. From birthdays and weddings to baby showers, holidays, and everyday milestones, we believe desserts have a way of bringing people together and turning ordinary moments into lasting memories.

Formerly known as ‘Fromscratch by Madi,’ The Sweet Spot by Madi is the next chapter of the same bakery so many people have come to know and love. While the name has changed, the heart behind the business remains the same: thoughtfully crafted desserts, made from scratch, with creativity, care, and attention to every detail.

Hi, I’m Madi!

The owner and pastry chef behind The Sweet Spot by Madi. As a classically trained pastry chef, baking has always been more than just making desserts for me. It’s my creative outlet, my way of connecting with people, and my favourite way to be part of life’s celebrations.

What started as a passion quickly grew into a business built around creating custom desserts that feel personal, meaningful, and memorable. I love taking someone’s vision, whether it’s a simple idea, a colour palette, or a full Pinterest board, and bringing it to life in a way that feels both beautiful and delicious.

Every order that leaves my kitchen is made with intention, quality ingredients, and a genuine love for what I do.

From Scratch, Always

At The Sweet Spot by Madi, quality matters. Every cookie, cupcake, and cake is made from scratch in small batches with a focus on flavour, freshness, and thoughtful design. From weekly cookie drops with rotating seasonal flavours to fully custom celebration desserts, each item is created to feel special from the very first bite.

We believe desserts should not only look beautiful, they should taste incredible too.

What means the most throughout this journey is the incredible community that has supported this bakery from the very beginning. Every order, referral, kind message, and celebration shared with us has helped shape The Sweet Spot by Madi into what it is today.
